TySantasaurus Rex’s Prehistoric Quest!

Posted on December 22, 2019December 22, 2019

Millions of Years Ago Dinosaurs and other Prehistoric Beasts decided they needed Peace on Earth and Goodwill to All Prehistorians. There are many different occasions during the year similar events take place to reinforce these needs. However, TySantasaurus Rex and some Raptor Friends decided they would trek across the globe one Prehistoric Eve delivering gifts of Good Cheer to All. Encouraging the Spirt of Giving for All Prehistoria. This would be their way of bringing Peace on Earth.

One Prehistoric Eve as they were preparing to begin their Quest, a heavy Fog rolled in covering most of the Planet. At that moment, TySantasaurus Rex noticed Raphael’s Red Nose. It was beginning to Glow! It became brighter & Brighter until you could see for miles with its Light! It was agreed they would not abandon their Quest. Raphael the Red-Nosed Raptor would lead the Team that Night.

For Millions of Years since, TySantasaurus Rex calls to the Raptors – Come Brison, Xavier, Jeffrey & Jerry, Come Jadon, Alan, Charlie & Blue! Raphael will lead us into the midnight sky! Hurry, Hurry we have much to do!

There is much preparation for this Annual Quest. The magical rope that keeps them together & aids in their flight. Finding the Invisible Platform that gets TySantasaurus Rex in the air. Now where did we leave it last? Remember he’s a Big Guy, we need that platform! Reviewing the List and checking it twice. All the Good Saurians receive gifts. The very Bad ones…

… well, let’s just say they become treats! So just be good and you don’t have to worry about it.

I made hats for the Dinosaurs. It can get pretty cold at high altitudes. A package of 12 one size Red with white trim on Amazon was modified for the heads of the smaller Raptors. Fold and glue in half. A needle with Red & White Twine from Target to add ties. We don’t want them blowing off at high speeds. I used some candle wax to seal the ends to prevent unraveling. Some packing paper to fill in as needed. And we’re all good.

I was fortunate to find the Lime Green Rope ½ inch by 100 feet by Ravenox online at Amazon. This rope has glitter ribbons throughout giving it a magical look. It’s also made to be used outdoors! I had searched a number of stores for rope string lights. I needed two lengths of about 70 feet. Most places the max length was 17 feet. I didn’t want to piece it together and at over $20.00 per box, that would add up fast. On Amazon I found HomeStarry Outdoor Rope String Lights in 80 foot lengths for the same price as one 17 foot length that I found at the local stores! The Santa Bag was also located on Amazon for only $14.99! A trial of Amazon Prime provided Free Shipping and 2 day delivery! We were All very Happy with these choices. I’m also enjoying the Prime Video!

Hopefully there is a Santasaurus in Your Neighborhood Christmas Eve!

Happy Holidays
