Happy Thanksgiving!

Posted on November 28, 2019

We hope You All are having a Wonderful Thanksgiving!

Have You ever had Chocolate Pecan Pie? I have found only one place that offers it and only around the Holidays. So, I discovered that I can add one or two squares of Trader Joe’s 72% Cocoa Chocolate Bar to a slice of pecan pie. Warm it in the Oven or Microwave, mix it in when melted and You have Chocolate Pecan! You can always substitute Your favorite Chocolate -Milk or perhaps Bittersweet – experiment. Hey there’s already a piece missing! If I didn’t know Xavier was such a carnivore, I would be suspicious. I’m sure it wasn’t Brandie the Brachiosaurus, she’s still chewing leaves. All the Prehistoric Pals are Smiling so I guess I will never no for sure where that piece went.

Enjoy this Day, Happy Thanksgiving to You All!

Chocolate is Great Anytime. You can find recipes online for making a chocolate pecan pie from scratch. With all the hustle around the Holidays, I’m Happy finding a Good Pecan Pie and enhancing with my favorite Chocolate! If You are taking the Pie to a Friends or Family Event consider melting the chocolate and drizzling it over the Pie before arriving.

    Happy Holidays,
    Paul
